Starting something positive now (like Pilates, journaling, or a daily self-care habit) gives your mind and body an anchor.
It helps you move from chaos to calm, bit by bit.

And once that spark of motivation returns,  because it will,  you’ll already have built the foundation to keep it going.

Don’t wait until you feel ready.
Start small today even if all you can do is breathe, stretch, or rest.
